The following pricing is for reference only. We are required to provide a Quote including the Goods or Services that we are requesting to Supply and/or Deliver. Furthermore, an Agreement is to be agreed upon prior to commencing any Supply and/or Delivery of Goods or Services.

PIPELINE CONTRACTOR: Labour (Per Union Agreements), Equipment (Daily Rental Rate), Material (Retail Price), 20% Cost-Plus, 8% Contingency, 3% Indigenous Management Administration, 13% HST

Home Addition Construction: Starts @ $260 Per Square Foot of Home Addition

Renovation Construction: Labour is $50 Per Hour (Per Labourer), Equipment (Daily Rental Rate), Materials (Retail Price), 20% Cost-Plus, 8% Contingency, 3% Indigenous Management Administration, 13% HST

Maintenance Construction: Labour is $50 Per Hour (Per Labourer), Equipment (Daily Rental Rate), Materials (Retail Price), 20% Cost-Plus, 8% Contingency, 3% Indigenous Management Administration, 13% HST

Maintenance Service: Labour is $50 Per Hour (Per Labourer), Equipment (Daily Rental Rate), Materials (Retail Price), 20% Cost-Plus, 8% Contingency, 3% Indigenous Management Administration, 13% HST
