The following pricing is for reference only. A Quote is required including the Goods or Services that we are requesting to Supply and/or Deliver. Furthermore, an Agreement is to be agreed upon prior to commencing any Supply and/or Delivery of Goods or Services.

New Home Construction: Starts @ $260 Per Square Foot of New Home Builds

Renovation/Remodel Construction: Labour is $50 Per Hour (Per Labourer), Equipment (Daily Rental Rate), Materials (Retail Price) + 20% Cost-Plus, 8% Contingency, 3% Indigenous Management Administration, 13% HST

Maintenance Service: Labour is $50 Per Hour (Per Labourer), Equipment (Daily Rental Rate), Materials (Retail Price) + 20% Cost-Plus, 8% Contingency, 3% Indigenous Management Administration, 13% HST

Specialized Trades Supplier: Specialized Trades Supplier Invoices + 20% Cost-Plus, 13% HST

QUOTES:

PIPELINE CONTRACTOR: Labour (Per Union Agreements), Equipment (Daily Rental Rate), Material (Retail Price) + 20% Cost-Plus, 8% Contingency, 3% Indigenous Management Administration, 13% HST

Please note the following fees are applicable to specific Infrastructures or Constructions:
