Our baseline rates are structured as follows:
• Custom New Homes: Starting at $260 per square foot
• Additions, Renovations & Remodels: Managed on a Cost-Plus 20% basis (calculated from direct supplier and trade quotes & invoices)
Please note that 13% HST applies to all services (where applicable). Mobilization and/or disposal fees may be applicable depending on the specific scope of work. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the logistics required to deliver quality work.
